Shipping Options:

Standard shipping is £3.50 and delivery takes 2-4 days.

Next day delivery £6.50

 

All our deliveries are made by fully tracked courier services. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the delivery between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.

If the couriers are unable to complete a delivery due to nobody being present, a calling card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange a re-delivery.

If you do not contact the couriers within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to us and we will charge a redelivery fee.

 

Returns and Refunds:

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email at hello@laziedays.com so that we can try to rectify the situation.

Please note that a condition of the couriers used to transport our items is that all goods be checked on delivery and signed for as damaged if any damage is present.

Acceptance of goods without checking indicates acceptance in good condition. 

Please check your purchases thoroughly on delivery and ensure that if the product is damaged in any way you indicate as such when signing for the item.

Returns are only accepted if received within 14 days of the original delivery. Before returning any items, you must inform us via email at hello@laziedays.com with the reason for the return and obtain a returns number, address and authorisation.

The products must be in the original packaging and original condition or additional charges may apply/deductions may be made from your refund.

The return cost and condition of any items are your responsibility. Please ensure that you use a tracked method of postage and that products are packaged suitably to ensure that they arrive with us undamaged.
